Large Groups (Sleeps 16)
A Corner of Eden is the perfect place for a large group get together (once the restrictions of Covid19 have ceased), tucked away at the end of it’s own lane, in a hidden corner of Cumbria between the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Lake District.
The Farmhouse sleeps 8, Angel Barn sleeps 6 and the Shepherd’s Cottage is a cosy retreat for 2 – up to 16 guests can escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside.
8 bedrooms : 3 superking, 3 kingsize and 2 twin/superking : 6 bathrooms
Whether it’s a group of friends, a gathering of the clan, a family celebration or a special birthday people really enjoy their time away together here. All three places have their own kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms but most people choose Angel Barn as the social focus for their get together.
Angel Barn‘s two farmhouse tables can be split to seat 16 for dinner and the kitchen with it’s six burner range cooker, is designed and equipped to cater for a large group. The spacious lounge will be transformed to seat everyone around the room and is perfect for catching up in front of the wood burning stove.
Within the private grounds there’s lots of space to play games, have afternoon tea parties, or just laze in the sun on the outdoor decked lounge, at the end of the evening enjoy dinner al fresco on the sunset patio or cook up feast on the stone built charcoal bbq. Be amazed by the sunsets filling the vast skies and watch the stars appear from the 8 person wood fired hot tub outside Angel Barn.
