Terms and Conditions

A Corner of Eden is booked from Friday to Friday. Short breaks during Low and Mid Season are available from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday.

We can hold provisional bookings for 5 days. We will confirm a booking by email when we have received 30% non-refundable deposit of the full accommodation charge. Payment can be made by credit/debit card (2% charge) BACS or cheque.

We advise you to take out holiday insurance as soon as you have placed your booking.

The remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks before your stay. If you book less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday we ask for the total balance. If you do not pay the balance when it is due we have the right to cancel the booking.

Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is by 10am. This gives us the time we need to clean and prepare for the next guests.

We do not charge a housekeeping deposit but would ask that any breakages be paid for prior to departure.

We reserve the right to refuse any bookings or cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid without further liability on our behalf.

There is a strict no smoking policy inside all of our properties.

CANCELATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible in writing - preferably by email.  If you have not received a response from us within 24hrs, please phone 015396 23370. 

  • The deposit is non-refundable.  
  • If your cancellation is made less than 8 weeks from the day of your arrival then you will be charged the full rate. 
  • We will endeavour to re-sell the dates.  If this is possible, then we will refund any money due, minus administration costs.
  • Please note we may not be able to sell the dates at the full rate which you have initially paid, in this case we can only refund you part of what we receive from the new booking.
