Tariff

Prices are per night, including breakfast & VAT, from April 08

1 night	£60 per person
2 nights or more	£55 per person
Single Occupancy	£15 (additional)
‘All Yours’ exclusive use of the whole house (min 2 nights)	£400 per night
New Years Eve 2008 (min 2 nights)	£600 per night

Deposit (non-returnable) 50% payable by cheque or bank transfer upon booking.
Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm. Check-out is by 11am.
Breakfast is served between 8am and 9.30am.
A Corner of Eden is a non-smoking house.
Children over 12 only, unless part of an 'All Yours' whole house booking.

Dogs & horses are very welcome (small charge applied).
