We will take and hold provisional bookings for a limited, agreed time period. After this period the provisional booking will no longer apply and the room(s) may be let to others. When confirming a booking you will be required to pay a 50% deposit (by cheque or bank transfer), which is non returnable.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours from 4pm on the day of your arrival then you will be charged the full quoted room rate.
